Clinical Programs

**Comprehensive, Multidisciplinary NF Care**

The UCSF NF Center delivers coordinated care across three disease populations, backed by a full complement of supportive programs so patients don't have to navigate specialty referrals on their own.

**Disease Populations**

1. **NF1** — Longitudinal monitoring, tumor management, and access to targeted (MEK-inhibitor) trials.
2. **NF2-related Schwannomatosis (SWN)** — Coordinated neuro-oncology and neurosurgical management of vestibular and other schwannomas.
3. **Non-NF2 Schwannomatosis** — Dedicated evaluation and treatment pathways for this distinct SWN subtype.

**Supportive & Survivorship Programs**

Survivorship, caregiver, and neuro-cognitive support are detailed on the [Patient & Family Resources →] page.

**Diagnostics & Molecular Testing**

UCSF500 molecular tumor testing is available to support diagnosis and treatment planning.

**Recognition**

The UCSF NF Center holds Children's Tumor Foundation (CTF) Comprehensive NF-1 and Schwannomatosis Center designation — the only center with this designation in California.
