What to have ready
- Recent clinic notes and a list of current medications
- Genetic test results, if done
- MRI and CT images, shared electronically or on disc, with reports
- Pathology reports and, if requested, tissue slides
- Insurance card — some plans require a referral or prior authorization
For referring providers
We accept referrals for children and adults with confirmed or suspected NF1, NF2-related schwannomatosis, or schwannomatosis. Priority review is available for new or rapidly growing tumors, new neurologic deficits, or suspected MPNST.
